Operation and Maintenance of Utility Equipment. During the term of this License, including any renewals thereof, Licensee shall, at its own expense, maintain the system in a safe condition and in a manner so as not to physically conflict or electronically interfere with the facilities of the City or the City's franchisees or licensees, and so as not to conflict or interfere with pedestrian or vehicular use of City rights-of-way. Any work required to maintain the system shall be performed as required in the City's Utility Accommodation and Street Restoration Specifications.
