Operating Rules and Regulations. 4.1 The Board may adopt from time to time such policies, procedures, bylaws, rules or regulations, for the conduct of its affairs as deemed necessary by the Board.

It is not their directive to go out looking for problems. PUBLIC MEMBERNeutral Party mutually agreed upon UA 671 – LOCAL UNION RESPONSIBILITIES The Labor Coordinator empowered by the UA 671 Business Manager will work with the members to correct and solve problems related to job performance that have been reported to the Union. UA 671 will provide special training for the Labor Coordi- nator. The Labor Coordinator will communicate on a regular basis with the supervision on-site and the contractor to convey job progress, work schedules, and work process problems to the members. Meetings will be established between the UA 671 Business Manager, or his/her representative and the Labor Coordinator to discuss and resolve issues related to the compliance of the SOE. If applicable, management will be invited to attend and participate in the process. When deemed necessary Michigan’s UA International Representative will be invited to attend and participate in the process. In the event an individual member is not meeting SOE re- sponsibilities, the UA 671 Business Manager and the UA 671 Executive Board will assume the responsibility to address a member(s) not meeting their obligation. The role of UA 671 is to correct the problem. MMPA –MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES The ultimate responsibility of managing the job falls squarely on the shoulders of contractor management. Con- tractors will become signatory to the SOE and its Rules and Regulations, before being able to utilize it in their company marketing. Problems with job performance may be addressed as fol- lows: Management will address concerns brought forth by the Labor Coordinator. If the lowest level of management does not resolve the problem, the UA 671 Business Manager and Labor Coordinator will address the issue with higher levels of management. If the issue is not resolved, the MMPA Conference Com- mittee shall meet with the offending contractor and attempt to correct the management problems on the project. If the issues are not corrected, the MMPA and/or UA671, or Contractor shall call for a contractually established Joint Conference Board meeting to resolve concerns or issues. Operating Rules and Regulations. Tenant shall faithfully observe and comply with the rules and regulations that Landlord shall from time to time promulgate, including, but not limited to, that set forth in Addendum B. The Landlord shall have the right from time to time to make modifications, additions or deletions to the Rules and Regulations, provided they do not unreasonably and substantially interfere with Tenant's covenants to quiet enjoyment and beneficial use, provided the same are uniformly applied by Landlord. The Landlord shall retain exclusive control over all common areas of the Facility, including Tenant's means of ingress/egress. However, at no time shall Landlord block the ingress of egress of Tenant.

Operating Rules and Regulations. All commercial ground transportation vehicles serving the Airport shall be of high quality, properly maintained in an excellent state of repair and operated in a clean, safe and businesslike manner. The exterior of all vehicles shall be maintained in a clean, undamaged condition and present a favorable appearance. The exterior of vehicles shall include body, paint, all glass, hubcaps, head/taillights, grills, bumpers and body trim. Vehicles that have been damaged and can be driven safely in accordance with state law and without reduction to the customer's comfort shall be given a three-week grace period to perform needed repairs. After such time, the vehicle will be restricted from operating at the Airport until proper repairs are made. The interior of approved vehicles, including the trunk, shall be maintained in a condition so as to be free of grease, dirt and trash. Passengers shall be able to use the seats and trunk of the vehicles without fear of soiling or damaging either their wearing apparel or their luggage. Interior seat fabric must not be ripped. All vehicles must be free from leakage of engine fluids, excessive discharge of exhaust gasses and excessive exhaust noise. In addition, all heating and air conditioning units must be operational. All commercial ground transportation vehicles shall comply with PUC regulations regarding signage and company identification on ground transportation vehicles. All commercial ground transportation vehicles shall hold a valid common carrier, luxury limousine or other applicable permit issued by the PUC for the specific class of commercial ground transportation engaged in. All drivers operating commercial ground transportation vehicles at the Airport shall be clean and neat in their personal appearance, professional in their demeanor, and shall be courteous to passengers loading or unloading at the Airport. All personnel of the commercial ground transportation vehicle operator shall be properly licensed and adequately trained.
