Operating Committee Representatives Clause Samples
The Operating Committee Representatives clause defines how individuals are selected or appointed to serve on an operating committee that oversees certain aspects of a business arrangement or project. Typically, this clause outlines the number of representatives each party may designate, the qualifications required, and the process for replacing or removing representatives if necessary. By establishing clear rules for committee representation, the clause ensures balanced participation and effective decision-making, helping to prevent disputes over governance and maintain smooth operation of the committee.
