Operate Applications Software as listed in Schedule A and as documented in the Procedures Manual to support the operating schedules of Certegy with applicable Mainframe Tower services availability, twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week (subject to Scheduled Downtime, Excusable Downtime or agreed to schedules);
