Opening Bid and Scheduling. For Online Auctions, RB Group will set the opening bid for the Equipment and schedule the listing opening times. For Buy Now and Make Offer listings, RB Group will schedule the listing opening times and set the opening bid, if applicable; you will have the option of setting a buy now price ("Buy Now Price") or an asking Price ("Asking Price"), not to exceed 120% of estimated market value as determined by RB Group. You may lower the Asking Price during a listing period, but you may not add an Asking Price after the opening time. If you have selected to list the Equipment by Reserve, you will have the option of setting a reserve price, not to exceed 120% of estimated market value as determined by RB Group ("Reserve Price"). RB Group will determine the period of time that the Reserve listing is published to the website and is available for Buyers to submit bids (the "Reserve Period"). If, at the end of the Reserve Period, the Reserve Price has been met, the highest bid received from a Buyer will be automatically accepted. If the Reserve Price is not met during the Reserve Period, RB Group may elect to re-list the Equipment. All Buy Now and Make Offer listings will be scheduled to run for up to 90 consecutive days, at the discretion of RB Group. The listing period may be extended at RB Group's sole discretion. In the event the Equipment remains unsold, whether on a Buy Now, Make Offer or Reserve listing, after 90 days, (a) the Equipment must be re-inspected and will incur a Re-Inspection Fee and you agree to reduce the Asking Price or Reserve Price, as applicable, by 20% to continue the listing; or (b) you may elect, without penalty, to remove the listing.

  • Weekend Scheduling It is the policy of the Employer to schedule those nurses who so desire every other weekend off, with the exception of those nurses who have signed an authorization to work consecutive weekends. Nurses who have volunteered to work consecutive weekends may withdraw such authorization upon two (2) weeks’ written notice prior to the date a new schedule must be posted.

  • Unit Weekend Schedule A unit weekend schedule may be developed in order to meet the Hospital’s need for weekend staff, and individual nurses’ preference for a weekend work schedule. A unit weekend schedule is defined as a schedule in which a full-time nurse works a weekly average of thirty (30) hours and is paid for 37.5 hours at her or his regular straight time hourly rate. The schedule must include two 11.25 hour tours, which fall within a weekend period as determined by the Hospital and the Association. A nurse working a weekend schedule will work every weekend except as provided for in the provisions below. If the Hospital and the Association agree to a unit weekend schedule, the introduction of that schedule and the manner in which the position(s) are filled, shall be determined by the local parties and recorded in the Appendix of Local Provisions. This unit schedule may be discontinued by either party with notice as determined within the Appendix of Local Provisions. The opportunity for an individual nurse to discontinue this schedule shall be resolved by the local parties:

  • Dispatch and Scheduling 4.3.1 The Power Producer shall be required to schedule its power as per the applicable Regulations / Requirements / Guidelines of CERC / GERC / SLDC / RLDC and maintain compliance to the Grid Code requirements and directions, as specified by SLDC / RLDC from time to time.   • HOLIDAYS THAT FALL ON A SATURDAY For those employees assigned to a work week of Monday through Friday, and in the event a legal holiday falls on Saturday, the preceding Friday shall be observed as a holiday; provided, however, that except where the Governor declares that such preceding Friday shall be a legal holiday, each department head shall make provision for the staffing of public offices under his/her jurisdiction on such preceding Friday so that said public offices may serve the public as provided in Section 16.4 of the Administrative Code. Those employees who work on a Friday which is observed as a holiday in lieu of a holiday falling on Saturday shall be allowed a day off in lieu thereof as scheduled by the appointing officer in the current fiscal year.

  • Holiday Scheduling Work assignments for holidays shall be prepared in advance of the holiday and when work is available, employees shall be given an opportunity to request to either work or be off. Such requests shall be granted to the extent possible in keeping with the operating needs of the work unit. When all requests cannot be granted within a classification and within a work unit, they shall be granted on a rotating basis so that each employee’s desires will be met as many times as is possible for each year, subject to Paragraph

Stripe may reject any Connected Account application for, and terminate any Stripe Issuing Accountholder’s access to, the Stripe Issuing Services immediately if any Connected Account, Stripe Issuing Accountholder, Principal Owner, Stripe Issuing Administrator, Card Authorised User, representative, or individual with significant responsibility for management is or becomes a High-Risk Person or uses the Stripe Issuing Program for a Card Unauthorised Purpose.
