Open Space Area 6. All references in the MDA and Section 3(f) of the Second Amendment relating to the timing and construction of a regional stormwater facility, which will hereinafter be referred to as the Green Farm pond project (the “Pond Project”), are hereby modified to the extent necessary to allow for the following provisions. Further, the Parties jointly agree to the following scope of work and timing for the Pond Project depicted in Exhibit D.
