Common use of Open source Clause in Contracts

Open source. The Software may incorporate third-party open source software (“OSS”), as listed in the Documentation or by Miro upon request. To the extent required by the OSS license, that license will apply to the OSS on a stand-alone basis instead of this Agreement.
