Common use of Open Records Clause in Contracts

Open Records. Supplier is hereby notified that UTMB strictly adheres to all statutes, court decisions, and the opinions of the Texas Attorney General with respect to disclosure of public information. UTMB will consider all information, documentation, and other materials requested to be submitted to be of a non-confidential and non-proprietary nature and, therefore, subject to public disclosure under the Texas Public Information Act (Texas Government Code Chapter 552). Supplier will be notified of a request for public information that implicates Supplier’s materials and will have the opportunity to raise any objections to disclosure to the Texas Attorney General.

Supplier Contractor will be notified advised of a request for public information that implicates Supplier’s their materials and will have the opportunity to raise any objections to disclosure to the Texas Attorney General.
