ontractor means the individual, firm, partnership, joint venture, corporation, or association performing Waste Tire Collection, Storage, Hauling and Processing Services under any Contract with the CVWMA resulting from this RFP.

Related to ontractor

  • Contractor means the individual or entity, that has entered into this contract with the Commonwealth.

  • Supplier/Contractor means the individual, firm or company with whom the contract has been concluded for supplying the Goods and Services under the Contract.   • Plumbing contractor means a licensed master plumber or a person who employs a licensed master plumber full-time to directly supervise the installation of plumbing as his or her representative engaged in the business of plumbing for a fixed sum, price, fee percentage, valuable consideration, or other compensation and who is licensed as a plumbing contractor.

  • Main Contractor means the contractor with a direct contractual relationship with the employer of the construction contract.

  • Supplier means the successful bidder who is awarded the contract to maintain and administer the required and specified service(s) to the State.

  • Contractor/Supplier means the person or company whose tender is accepted by the Purchaser and shall be deemed to include the Contractor’s successors, heirs, executors, administrators, representatives and assigns approved by the Purchaser.
