Online Sales. If you sell our products online, you must reasonably promptly after the end of each month, provide Zoetis with that month’s data detailing the product sales by date, quantity and postcode.

Online Sales a. Online Sales Channel. As provided in this Agreement, Agent may solicit and receive registration and activation requests from prospective users for Moov Nigeria Services on Agent's online platforms. For purposes of this Agreement, those social media pages and other related parts of the Agent's online activities which Agent uses, in whole or in part, to promote or sell Moov Nigeria services is referred to as the Agent's Online Site. The Agent's Online Site must display branding and other information so that a person visiting the Site would readily understand that the Site belongs to Agent and that the offers and representations made on the Site are made by Agent. Agent is responsible for all aspects of the Agent Online Site, whether or not Agent creates, operates and maintains all aspects directly, through contractors or otherwise Moov Nigeria, at its sole discretion, has the right to review, approve or deny any Site representations of Moov Nigeria services which are not in compliance with this agreement. Agent's Site must at all times display the current and correct published service offerings as authorized by Moov Nigeria.

Online Sales. Retailer is authorized to advertise and sell Products through Permissible Public Websites in accordance with the terms herein. A “Permissible Public Website” is a website or mobile application that:

Online Sales. Reseller is authorized to advertise and sell Products through Permissible Public Websites and Permissible Non-Public Websites (collectively, “Permissible Websites”) in accordance with the terms herein.

Online Sales. If Daiso sells Products via an internet website it controls to customers located in California, the warning requirements of this section shall be satisfied if the foregoing warning appears either: (a) on the same web page on which a Product is displayed and/or described; (b) on the same page as the price for the Product; (c) on one or more web pages displayed to a California purchaser prior to purchase during the checkout process; or (d) via a hyperlink taking the customer to a separate page containing the warning language, provided that the hyperlink appears on the same page as either the product description or product price are displayed, or appears prior to completion of the sale at checkout. Alternatively, a symbol consisting of a black exclamation point in a yellow or white equilateral triangle may appear adjacent to or immediately following the display, description, price, or checkout listing of the Product, if the warning statement appears elsewhere on the same web page in a manner that clearly associates it with the product(s) to which the warning applies.

Online Sales. The Referral Fee for Online Sales Registered Leads of any Services shall be twenty percent (20%) and is based on the initial sale of each such LogMeIn Service to a Customer.

Online Sales. (a) Trader and ATC will cooperate to determine ways in which each of their sales forces may promote the products and services of the other to Automotive dealers, including a method by which each party will be entitled to receive lead fees, in an amount to be determined by the parties, for all qualified leads (as defined by the parties) that result in sales of the other party's products or services to dealers within 90 days after that party provides a lead to the other party. Each party will provide, at its expense, all training, support, and software and marketing materials necessary for the other party's sales force to promote its products and services. (b) Trader and ATC will cooperate in the marketing of multi-media advertising services that promote a combination of advertising on the ATC Sites, the Trader Sites, and the Automotive Magazines. Trader and ATC will develop a means of compensating members of their respective sales forces that successfully place national advertising that results in the additional use of the products or services of ATC or Trader, as the case may be.

Online Sales. Reseller agrees NOT to attempt to resell any Racing for Home Farm, LLC product online via any business sites: eBay, AMAZON, or other such third-party websites apart from a personal online retail site, which may or may not support a physical storefront. Reseller further agrees any online sales meeting the above exception shall strictly adhere to all product(s) MAP pricing, not including shipping, Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of future wholesale pricing or sales from the Racing for Home Farm, LLC Exceptions are only considered if prior written consent has been obtained from Racing for Home Farm, LLC by the reseller.
