Online Data Room. No later than three (3) Business Days following the Closing, Xxxxxxxx and Tribune shall deliver to Buyer a copy of all documents in the online data rooms (including Dropbox and Venue) maintained by Xxxxxxxx or Tribune or their Affiliates, as applicable, for the purposes of the transactions contemplated by this Agreement prior to the date hereof on compact disc, DVD or USB flash drive.

Online Data Room. The phrases “provided to Buyers” and “delivered to Buyers” and phrases of similar import mean that Seller has, prior to the Effective Date, made the material or information subject of such phrase available to Buyers in the online Intralinks data room maintained for purposes of the Transactions.

  • Device Data We may share certain personal information and device-identifying technical data about you and your devices with third party service providers, who will compare and add device data and fraud data from and about you to a database of similar device and fraud information in order to provide fraud management and prevention services, which include but are not limited to identifying and blocking access to the applicable service or Web site by devices associated with fraudulent or abusive activity. Such information may be used by us and our third party service providers to provide similar fraud management and prevention services for services or Web sites not provided by us. We will not share with service providers any information that personally identifies the user of the applicable device.

  • Links If The Services are made available through the Internet, the Financial Institution’s website may provide links to other websites, including those of Third Parties who may also provide services to You. You acknowledge that all those other websites and Third Party services are independent from the Financial Institution’s and may be subject to separate agreements that govern their use. The Financial Institution and Central 1 have no liability for those other websites or their contents or the use of Third Party services. Links are provided for convenience only, and You assume all risk resulting from accessing or using such other websites or Third Party services.

  • COMPUTER GRAPHICS FILES The Engineer agrees to comply with Attachment G, Computer Graphics Files for Document and Information Exchange, if determined by the State to be applicable to this contract.
