Online Courses. If the District desires to market cooperatively developed materials upon completion of a project, the Faculty Member shall receive a royalty. If a cooperatively developed online course is distributed outside of the Coast Community College District, the District/college and Faculty developer(s) shall share net royalties as specified in the agreement.
