Market Partners may use online classifieds (including Craigslist) for prospecting, recruiting, sponsoring and informing the public about the MONAT business opportunity, provided MONAT-approved templates/images are used. These templates will identify the Market Partner as an Independent MONAT Market Partner. If a link or URL is provided, it must link to the Market Partner’s Replicated Website.
Online Classifieds. IMDs may not use online classifieds (including Craigslist) to list, sell or retail TN memberships or products. IMDs who have reached PD level or above may use online classifieds (including Craigslist) for prospecting, recruiting, and informing the public about TN and the TN business opportunity, provided TN approved templates and images are used. If a link or URL is provided, it must link to the IMD’s TN personal website or registered external website.
Online Classifieds. You may not use online classifieds (including without limitation Craigslist) to list, sell or retail specific Party Time Mixes products or product bundles. However, you may use online classifieds (including Craigslist) for prospecting, recruiting, sponsoring and informing the public about the Party Time Mixes business opportunity, provided Party Time Mixes pre-approved templates/images are used and provided you include Fair, Reasonable and Timely Disclosure of Information wherever earnings representations are made. If a link or URL is provided, it must link to your Party Time Mixes affiliate website or your registered custom domain. eBay/Amazon/Auctions/Raffles (and beyond) It is strictly prohibited for a Party Time Mixes Independent Consultant to list or sell Party Time Mixes products on eBay, Amazon, online auction sites or any other online sites, nor may a consultant enlist or knowingly allow a third party (customer) to list or sell Party Time Mixes products on any online sites. Auctions/Raffles Detailed Breakdown Party Time Mixes Independent Consultants are NOT allowed to RUN or PARTICIPATE in any kind of online auction/raffle related to Party Time Mixes products! Online Auctions/Raffles where YOU, the consultant, are putting together a package and auctioning it off and you are keeping the proceeds is NOT allowed. EVER! (i.e. Let’s say you put together a package of 3 dip mixes @ $5 each, that is $15 of products. If you are personally conducting an online raffle and tickets are $.25 each, and you sell $30 worth of tickets, you are making $15 extra off of the products. This is strictly prohibited by Party Time Mixes.) Also, in most states, raffles are gambling and require a license from the state gaming commission to run them. If someone is running a raffle and they do not have a license, they are running it illegally! Sprees, online and offline, are always strictly prohibited. RULE EXCEPTION 1: Offline Auctions/Raffles/Silent Auctions ARE allowed if YOU, the consultant have donated or sold the products to an organization and THEY are getting the proceeds from the sale of the donation. Offline Quarter Auctions ARE allowed as they are more of a drawing than an actual auction. You may use online classifieds for prospecting, recruiting, sponsoring, and informing the public about the Younique business opportunity and/or your Younique events, provided you do so in a way that complies with policies regarding Younique-approved templates/images—including that you identify yourself as a “Younique Independent Presenter.” Online Classified sites should generally be used as a recruiting tool to discuss the business opportunity. We encourage you to use phrases such as, “Join my Younique team” or “How would you like to sell the Younique 3D Fiber Lashes?” followed by “Contact me for more information.” You may NOT use online classifieds (including, without limitation, buy-sell-trade sites, news site classifieds, etc.) to offer on sale, list, sell, or retail specific Younique products or product bundles. However, once a potential recruit/hostess reaches out to you, you are welcome to inform them of Younique products. This policy extends to Buy/Sell/Trade sites, news site classifieds, etc. You are welcome to post about Younique products within a Facebook® group that you personally created, or on a Facebook® group page or other Online Classified site promoting work from home/direct sales opportunities, cosmetics, etc., as long as you continue to adhere to all other Younique policies. Younique presently allows an exception for Facebook® groups that are directly created by a Presenter. It is permitted to have a Facebook® group of your own, and use that as a platform to send customers/recruits to your Younique parties. It is also permitted to respond to postings in a buy-sell group where a potential customer posts a comment about Younique products.

Multiple Scentsy Family brands may be listed and promoted together as long as the advertisement has been approved by xxxxxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx. These templates will identify you as an Independent Consultant. If a link or URL is provided, it must link to your Personal Website or your registered external website.

Coaches may wish to advertise their business through local online classified advertisements (including on Craigslist) to promote the Coach’s OPTAVIA business and to locate potential new Coaches. However, Coaches are not permitted to use online classifieds for product sales; postings related to sales of products are strictly prohibited. Online classified advertisements must be approved by the Company.

Independent Fashion Consultants may use online classifieds (including Craigslist) for prospecting, recruiting, sponsoring and informing the public about the LLR business opportunity, provided LLR-‐approved templates/images are used. These templates will identify the Independent Fashion Consultant as a LLR Independent Fashion Consultant.
