Online Account Access. You may obtain information, such as balance and summary information, available funds information and information about prior business day cleared transactions and Automated Teller Machine (“ATM”) and Point of Sale (“POS”) transactions. Upon your request, we may allow access to a Credit Account for viewing account information.
Online Account Access. If Online Account Access is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Online Account Access to: - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and Line of Credit accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, and Line of Credit accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings and checking accounts. - Access your Line of Credit accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Obtain tax information on amounts earned on savings and checking accounts or interest paid on loan accounts. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Online Account Access via personal computer. Online Account Access will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Online Account Access transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.

We will not be responsible for any errors or failures involving any telephone service, internet service provider, your software installation or your computer. At the pre- sent time, you may use the Online Account Access service to: • Transfer funds between the checking, savings, and loan ac- counts with us. • Obtain account information related to the checking, savings, or loan account regarding current balance, history, interest, rates, payroll and automatic deductions. • Make loan payments from any checking or savings account to a loan account with us. • Make payments to merchants (payees) using bill payment. Transactions involving the accounts you have with us are ad- dressed by the BSA, whereas transactions involving a loan are addressed by the applicable loan agreement(s).

Online Account Access. For certain types of features available through the Site, including the Online Account Access features (the “Online Service”), we require the use of encryption technologies provided for your protection and/or your use of a user identification name (“UserID”) and password after setting up a user account (“User Account”). For self-enrollment, you must provide Account-specific information to authenticate yourself (e.g., Account owner name and address). You may never use another person’s User Account and/or UserID without permission. When your Online Service is linked to one or more Accounts, Company may act on the oral, written, or electronic instructions of any authorized signer regarding your service for those Accounts. It is your responsibility to notify Company if an Authorized User should no longer be given access to an Account through the Online Service.
