Ongoing Jurisdiction. (1) Each of the Courts shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over the Proceeding commenced in its jurisdiction, and the Parties and the Class Counsel Fees in that proceeding.
Ongoing Jurisdiction. (1) The Court shall exercise jurisdiction with respect to implementation, administration, interpretation and enforcement of the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and the Plaintiffs, Settlement Class Members and Settling Defendants attorn to the jurisdiction of the Court for such purposes.
Ongoing Jurisdiction. (1) Each of the Courts shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over each Proceeding commenced in its jurisdiction and the Parties in that Proceeding, except that the Ontario Court will have jurisdiction over the Class Counsel Fees in the BC Proceeding.

(1) Subject to the Settling Defendants’ rights to contest personal jurisdiction if this Settlement Agreement is terminated or the Effective Date does not occur, each of the Courts shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over the Proceeding commenced in its jurisdiction, the Parties to that Proceeding and the Class Counsel Fees in that Proceeding.
Ongoing Jurisdiction. The Court shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over all matters relating to the implementation and enforcement of this Settlement Agreement.

(1) The Ontario Court shall exercise sole and exclusive jurisdiction with respect to implementation, administration, interpretation and enforcement of the terms of this Settlement Agreement, and the Plaintiffs, Class Members and Defendants attorn to the jurisdiction of the Ontario Court for such purposes.
Ongoing Jurisdiction. The Court shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over the Action, the Parties thereto and the Class Counsel Fees in the Action.
Ongoing Jurisdiction. (1) Subject to section 8.1(2), each of the Courts shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over the action commenced in its jurisdiction and the Parties thereto.
Ongoing Jurisdiction. The Ontario Superior Court of Justice and the Superior Court of Québec shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over all matters relating to the implementation and enforcement of this Settlement Agreement as it relates to the Proceedings in their respective Court. The Parties agree that any claim that a Party has breached the Settlement Agreement may be adjudicated before the Ontario Court, with appeal rights from any decisions preserved as provided in the Rules of Civil Procedure.
Ongoing Jurisdiction. The Québec Court shall retain exclusive jurisdiction over all matters relating to the implementation and enforcement of this Settlement Agreement.
