Ongoing Enrollment Sample Clauses

The Ongoing Enrollment clause defines the terms under which individuals or entities may join a program, plan, or service at any time rather than during a fixed enrollment period. Typically, this clause outlines eligibility requirements, the process for enrolling after the initial period, and any limitations or waiting periods that may apply to late enrollees. Its core practical function is to provide flexibility for new participants to join as their needs arise, ensuring continuous access and accommodating changing circumstances.
