Ongoing Employment Clause Samples
The Ongoing Employment clause defines the requirement for an employee to maintain continuous employment with the employer as a condition for certain rights or benefits under an agreement. Typically, this clause stipulates that eligibility for bonuses, stock options, or other incentives is contingent upon the employee remaining actively employed at specific dates or throughout a particular period. Its core practical function is to ensure that employees fulfill their employment obligations to receive designated benefits, thereby aligning employee retention with the employer’s business objectives.
