One-time Base Salary Inversion Adjustment. On November 12, 2023, the University will make a one-time base salary adjustment as follows: The base salary of a Full Professor shall be adjusted if it is less than the average salary (“the average”) of the two most recently hired Assistant Professors within the same primary teaching discipline or the average salary of the two most recently hired or promoted Associate Professors within the same primary teaching discipline. The adjustment will equalize a Full Professors salary to whichever average is higher. The base salary of an Associate Professor shall be adjusted if it is less than the average salary (“the average”) of the two most recently hired Assistant Professors within the same primary teaching discipline. The adjustment will equalize an Associate Professor’s salary to the average. The base salary of an Assistant Professor shall be adjusted if it is less than the average salary (“the average”) of the two most recently hired Assistant Professors within the same primary teaching discipline.   • Salary Adjustment The salary of an employee returning from uncompensated leave shall be adjusted to reflect all non-discretionary increases distributed during the period of leave. While on such leave, an employee shall be eligible to participate in any special salary incentive programs.

  • Salary Adjustments At any time during the term of this Contract, the Board may, in its discretion, review and adjust the salary of the Superintendent, but in no event shall the Superintendent be paid less than the salary set forth in Section 3.1 of this Contract except by mutual agreement of the two parties.
