Common use of One Agreement Clause in Contracts

One Agreement. This Agreement, the Note and any related security or other agreements required by this Agreement, collectively represent the sum of the understandings and agreements between Lender and Borrower concerning this credit.

One Agreement. This Agreement, the Note Agreement and any related security or other agreements ------------- required by this Agreement, collectively Agreement collectively: (1) represent the sum of the understandings and agreements between Lender and the Borrower concerning this credit; and (2) replace any prior oral or written agreements between Lender and the Borrower concerning this credit; and (3) are intended by Lender and the terms agreed to by them. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other agreements required by this Agreement, this Agreement will prevail.

In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other agreements required by this Agreement, this Agreement will prevail.
