Common use of One Agreement Clause in Contracts

One Agreement. This Agreement and any related security or other agreements required by this Agreement constitute the entire agreement between the Borrower and the Bank with respect to each credit subject hereto and supersede all prior negotiations, communications, discussions and correspondence concerning the subject matter hereof. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other agreements required by this Agreement, this Agreement will prevail.

One Agreement. This Agreement and any related security or other agreements required by this Agreement constitute collectively: (1) represent the entire agreement sum of the understandings and agreements between the Borrower Bank and the Borrower concerning this credit; and (2) replace any prior oral or written agreements between the Bank with respect and the Borrower concerning this credit; and (3) are intended by the Bank and the Borrower as the final, complete and exclusive statement of the terms agreed to each credit subject hereto and supersede all prior negotiations, communications, discussions and correspondence concerning the subject matter hereofby them. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and any other agreements required by this Agreement, this Agreement will prevail.
