Onboarding/Outsourcing. Onboarding/outsourcing means that PostNord Strålfors carries out technical and administrative services for the Customer, often in order to connect further Communication Partners to the Customer. Pursuant to agreement with the Customer, the Services can be performed in the Customer's name. The scope of the assignment is specified in a separate agreement. Customer details are handled in accordance with section 7 Processing of personal data. PostNord Strålfors shall handle potentially sensitive business information that it receives from the Customer during the course of providing the current additional service confidentially. The Customer is responsible for ensuring that the right information, documentation, and, if applicable, test files required for performing the additional service are available.

  • CONTRACTING OUT The Hospital shall not contract out any work usually performed by members of the bargaining unit if, as a result of such contracting out, a layoff of any employees other than casual part-time employees results from such contracting out.

  • Network Congestion Reduced Speed for Routing or Answering 911 Dialing Calls. There may be a greater possibility of network congestion and/or reduced speed in the routing of a 911 Dialing call made utilizing the Service as compared to traditional 911 dialing over traditional public telephone networks.

  • CONTRACTING OUT WORK Section 1. Contracting out of work that is normally, customarily and currently performed by the bargaining unit, shall be subject to the following:

  • Contact Tracing While the employees are on the job site, Producers may require that employees participate in systems that enable contact tracing, such as use of a “punch card” system to record the employee’s location throughout the day or by means of electronic devices (e.g., phone “apps” or wearable electronic devices that track the movement or location of a person or which detect when a person wearing the device comes into close contact with another person wearing the device). Producers may require employees to sign documentation consenting to the use of such electronic devices in contact tracing. In the event that a Producer uses electronic devices for contact tracing, it may access information collected from those devices only for purposes of tracing individuals that the employee has been in contact with during working hours when there has been a COVID- 19-related event, or for purposes of managing and enforcing social distancing protocols.

  • Availability of Verizon Telecommunications Services 3.1 Verizon will provide a Verizon Telecommunications Service to PCS for resale pursuant to this Attachment where and to the same extent, but only where and to the same extent, that such Verizon Telecommunications Service is provided to Verizon’s Customers.
