Onboarding Fees Clause Samples
The Onboarding Fees clause defines the charges that a client must pay to initiate a business relationship or begin using a service. Typically, this fee covers administrative costs, setup, or initial training required to integrate the client into the provider’s systems. By specifying these fees upfront, the clause ensures transparency regarding initial costs and helps both parties understand their financial obligations at the start of the engagement.
