On-Premises Service. Notwithstanding any term or definition set forth in this Agreement, 907 Contractor must provide Collection of Residential Garbage and Organic Waste on the Residential Service 908 Recipients premises, including side or rear yard, as follows and at no additional Cost to the Service 909 Recipient.
On-Premises Service. Notwithstanding any term or definition set forth in this Agreement, Contractor must provide Collection of SFD Solid Waste, Recyclable Materials, and Organic Waste on the SFD Service Recipients premises to an SFD Service Unit as follows. At no additional cost to the SFD Service Unit:
On-Premises Service. Contractor shall provide on-premises collection of residential solid waste, recyclable materials and green waste to a SFD customer if all adult customers residing there have disabilities that prevent them from setting their garbage or recycling cart at the curb for collection and if a request for on-premises service has been made to, and approved by, the City Manager in the manner required by City. On premises service shall include pickup and replacement of carts within the front or side yard and return of the cart to such location. The Contractor shall authorize on-premises service in appropriate circumstances. If there is a dispute between the Contractor and a customer regarding this issue, the Contractor shall refer the matter to the City Manager for his or her determination. No additional monies shall be due to the Contractor for the provision of on-premises service to special needs or disabled customers. The City may direct Contractor to provide an elective or optional on-premises service to customers who request it for a fee in addition to the otherwise applicable rates and charges. This elective on-premises service would be available to able-bodied customers. Contractor shall provide on-premises collection service on the same work day that curbside collection would otherwise be provided to the SFD customer.

The City Manager shall notify CONTRACTOR in writing of any SFD Service Units requiring on-premises service; along with the date such service is to begin. No additional monies shall be due to the CONTRACTOR for the provision of on-premises service. CITY shall review its listing of premises receiving on-premises service described in this paragraph no less frequently than every twenty four (24) months during the term of this Agreement and make any changes to the identity of SFD Service Units receiving service to ensure accuracy and will provide to the CONTRACTOR a copy of the revised records. 1415 1416 1417 Subscription on-premises service for SFD Service Units whose on-premises service is not described Section 8.02.1 shall be provided to those Service Units requesting such service at the subscription on-premises rate set forth in Exhibit 1. 1418 1419 1420

No additional monies shall be due to the CONTRACTOR for the provision of on-premises service.
