On-Net Service. Service where all locations at which Service is provided are served directly by Syringa Networks’ Network, allowing the entire Service to be furnished by Syringa Networks.
On-Net Service. On-Net Service" shall mean Broadband Services that -------------- are delivered through direct connections to the Level 3 Network (i.e., those Broadband Services that are not delivered through paid transit connections provided by other carriers).
On-Net Service. Service where both locations to be connected are served by the Company’s Network and, as a result, Service is provided entirely by the Company.
On-Net Service. For On-Net circuits, Customer shall qualify for credits in an amount equal to 1/1440 of the monthly recurring charge applicable to such circuits for each half-hour (or portion thereof) of a Service Outage rounded up to the next half-hour.
On-Net Service. If Customer experiences Network Unavailability for an On-Net Service for more than 60 consecutive minutes, Customer will receive, at Customer’s request, one (1) day Service Credit for each cumulative hour of Network Unavailability in any calendar month. Provided the Hi(Q) Data Corp Network experiences at least one (1) hour of Network Unavailability in any given calendar month, additional Network Unavailability of less than one (1) hour will result in a proportional Service Credit. (Example: 2 hours, 15 minutes of Network Unavailability will result in 2.25 days Service Credits.) Customer may obtain no more than one (1) month Service Credit for any given month.
On-Net Service. Service where all locations at which Service is provided are served directly by Pioneer Connect’s Network, allowing the entire Service to be furnished by Pioneer Connect.
