On Eurodollar Loans. Interest on each Eurodollar Loan shall be computed on the basis of a hypothetical year of three hundred sixty (360) days for the actual number of days elapsed and shall be payable in arrears on (x) the Payment Date for such Eurodollar Loan, and (y) if the Eurodollar Loan Period for such Eurodollar Loan is greater than three (3) months, on the last day of each three (3) month period ending prior to the Payment Date for such Eurodollar Loan and on the Payment Date for such Eurodollar Loan. Interest on Eurodollar Loans then outstanding shall also be due and payable on the Maturity Date (or the date of any earlier prepayment in full of the Obligations). Interest shall accrue and be payable on each Eurodollar Loan at a rate per annum equal to the sum of (A) the Eurodollar Basis applicable to such Eurodollar Loan and (B) the Applicable Margin for Eurodollar Loans.

Interest on Eurodollar Loans then outstanding shall also be due and payable on the Maturity Date.

If a Lender fails to give notice 10 days prior to the relevant Interest Payment Date, such additional interest shall be due and payable 10 days from receipt of such notice.

  • Base Rate Loans During such periods as Revolving Loans shall be comprised in whole or in part of Base Rate Loans, such Base Rate Loans shall bear interest at a per annum rate equal to the Adjusted Base Rate.
