Common use of Omnibus Signature Page Clause in Contracts

Omnibus Signature Page. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Purchase Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, it is hereby agreed that the execution by the Buyer of the Buyer’s Omnibus Signature Page attached to the Purchase Agreement shall make the Buyer a party to, and shall constitute agreement of the Buyer to be bound by, the terms and conditions hereof, with the same effect as if this Agreement were separately signed by the Buyer.

Omnibus Signature Page. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Purchase this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents, it is hereby agreed that the execution by the Buyer of this Agreement, in the Buyer’s place set forth on the Buyer Omnibus Signature Page attached to the Purchase Agreement below, shall make the Buyer a party to, and shall constitute agreement of the Buyer to be bound by, the terms and conditions hereofhereof and the terms and conditions of each of the Security Agreement and the Registration Rights Agreement, with the same effect as if this Agreement each of such separate agreement were separately signed by the Buyer.

Pursuant Accordingly, pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Purchase this Agreement and the other Transaction Documentssuch related agreements, it is hereby agreed that the execution by the Buyer of this Agreement, in the Buyer’s place set forth on the Buyer Omnibus Signature Page attached to the Purchase Agreement shall make the Buyer a party tobelow, and shall constitute agreement of the Buyer to be bound by, by the terms and conditions hereof, with the same effect as if this Agreement each of such separate but related agreement were separately signed by the Buyersigned.
