Supervision and Oversight The Contractor shall be solely responsible for providing supervision and oversight to all the Contractor’s personnel that are assigned to the Agency properties pursuant to this contract.

Liability for Acts or Omissions of Third Parties Neither BellSouth nor Mpower shall be liable for any act or omission of another telecommunications company providing a portion of the services provided under this Agreement.
Affiliations of Trustees or Officers, Etc The fact that:
Correction of Errors and Omissions; Other Liabilities (a) In the event any bookkeeping omissions or errors are discovered in preparing any pro forma statement or in completing the transfers and assumptions contemplated hereby, the parties hereto agree to correct such errors and omissions, it being understood that, as far as practicable, all adjustments will be made consistent with the judgments, methods, policies or accounting principles utilized by the Failed Bank in preparing and maintaining Accounting Records, except that adjustments made pursuant to this Section 8.2(a) are not intended to bring the Accounting Records of the Failed Bank into accordance with generally accepted accounting principles.
Project Oversight Inspection and acceptance of the Work shall be performed by Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, Construction Manager of the Planning, Development & Facilities Department of the District. The architect for the Project is not applicable to this project, and the Project Manager on the Project is Xxxxxx Xxxxxx, (“Project Manager”)
Omissions Costs arising from discrepancies in the construction documents that do not show clearly the intent of the design; and costs to correct interfacing omissions in contract documents between and from the various Work contingencies of the Construction Documents.
Oversights If failure to pay any premium due or to perform any other act required by this Agreement is unintentional and is caused by misunderstanding or oversight, the Reinsured and the Reinsurer will adjust the situation to what it would have been had the misunderstanding or oversight not occurred.
Exclusions and Reservations A. Nothing in this Article will be construed as authorizing Company to conduct any business on the Premises, Common Use Areas, or Airport separate and apart from the conduct of its permitted uses as authorized in this Agreement.
Liability for Acts and Omissions of Foreign Subcustodians The Custodian shall be liable to a Fund for any loss or damage to such Fund caused by or resulting from the acts or omissions of any Foreign Subcustodian to the extent that, under the terms set forth in the subcustodian agreement between the Custodian or a Domestic Subcustodian and such Foreign Subcustodian, the Foreign Subcustodian has failed to perform in accordance with the standard of conduct imposed under such subcustodian agreement and the Custodian or Domestic Subcustodian recovers from the Foreign Subcustodian under the applicable subcustodian agreement.
