OK Ditch Right. The YAN or the United States acting as trustee for the YAN shall request the partial severance and transfer, changes in place of Use, and changes in point of Diversion of the OK Ditch Right, as described in this Subparagraph 5.4.1, to be included in the YAN Judgment.
