Offshore Work. Associate shall obtain PacificSource’s prior written approval before accessing, storing, sharing, maintaining, transmitting or using or disclosing PHI in any form via any medium with any entity or person, including Associate’s employees, agents or subcontractors, beyond the boundaries and jurisdiction of the United States.
