Offshore Work Prohibited Clause Samples
The "Offshore Work Prohibited" clause explicitly forbids any work or services from being performed outside the specified country or jurisdiction. In practice, this means that all tasks, whether performed by employees, contractors, or subcontractors, must be completed within the designated geographic boundaries, and no part of the project can be outsourced or relocated to offshore locations. This clause is primarily used to ensure compliance with local laws, protect sensitive information, and maintain quality control by preventing the use of foreign labor or resources.
