OFFICIAL SECRETS ACTS. 19.1 The Provider shall comply with and shall ensure that its Staff comply with, the provisions of:- 19.1.1 Official Secrets ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ to 1989; and 19.1.2 Section 182 of the Finance ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇. 19.2 In the event that the Provider or its Staff fail to comply with this Clause 19, the Authority reserves the right to terminate this Framework Agreement with immediate effect by giving notice in writing to the Provider.
