Official Rights Sample Clauses

Official Rights. The Board agrees that the Association is the official negotiating agent with the Board. The Board agrees to negotiate with the Association on all items as defined in Article IV, Section 1, unless otherwise provided for in this agreement or unless mutually agreed to by the parties during the term of this agreement. It is understood that this agreement does not restrict the right of any individual or group to come before the Board to speak on any subject he, she, or the group desires.
