Common use of Official Notice Clause in Contracts

Official Notice. Any Official Notice from one Party to the other Party, in order for such notice to be binding thereon, shall: 14.1 Be in writing (as a printed hard copy or electronic or facsimile copy) addressed to: (a) When the DOT is to receive Official Notice: Commissioner of Transportation Connecticut Department of Transportation ▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ P.O.
