Officers and Stewards. The Union will furnish to the University an up-to-date list of officers and stewards and their work locations at least annually with changes as they occur. The University will not recognize any officer or xxxxxxx whose name does not appear on the list.
Officers and Stewards. The UNION will provide a current list of its officers and stewards to the Labor Relations Manager, or designated representative. The UNION will notify the Labor Relations Manager, or designated representative, of changes to this listing in a timely fashion.
Officers and Stewards. The District recognizes the right of the Union to designate officers and stewards from within the bargaining unit. The Union will normally notify the District within ten (10) days of the appointment or election of any of its officers or stewards as to the names of the persons so designated, their office or stewardship, the effective date of their service and the length of their term. The authority of the officers and stewards so designated by the Union shall be as follows:
Officers and Stewards. For layoff purposes, officers and stewards of the Association shall assume top seniority, unless removed pursuant to other sections of the Agreement, in their departments while holding office. The total number of officers and stewards shall not exceed nine (9).

The Employer shall be notified of local officers and stewards (Local President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer) and all stewards as listed in paragraph (a) 2 below upon the execution of this Agreement, and shall be promptly notified in writing of any changes as they occur during the term of this Agreement.

Officers and Stewards. The Union agrees to provide written notification to CSC within ten (10) working days following election of Union officers, representatives, stewards, or other Union officials. The chief xxxxxxx or an alternate xxxxxxx may conduct Union business directly related to the filing and subsequent processing of an employee's grievance during working hours without loss of compensation, provided that reasonable notice is given to the program director. Duties required by the Union of its stewards, except attendance at meetings with CSC supervisory personnel and aggrieved employees concerning grievance issues, shall not interfere with their or other employees' regular work assignments. Union officers and stewards are allowed to hold brief discussions during work hours with represented employees regarding contract enforcement; such conversations shall be no more than five minutes in length and shall not interfere with the operation of the employer.
