Officer Resignations. Effective as of the Retirement Date, Executive agrees to resign from all positions Executive holds in the Company and all of its Related Entities (as defined below in Section 6).
Officer Resignations. Merger Partner shall have received copies of the resignations, effective as of the Effective Time, of each officer of Public Company and its Subsidiaries listed in Section 6.13(ii) of the Public Company Disclosure Schedule.

Archon shall have received an executed instrument substantially in the form of Exhibit 5.2(j) to this Agreement from all of its officers, directors and employees resigning from their respective offices or positions and releasing Archon from liability in connection with their offices or positions with Archon except as described in Article 7 of this Agreement.

Each of the officers of the Company has tendered to the Company a valid, enforceable and irrevocable resignation letter in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Parent, such resignation to be effective at the Effective Time. A true and correct copy of such resignations have been delivered to Parent.
Officer Resignations. Employee shall resign as Executive Vice President – International of DTG, together with all other officer positions held by Employee in subsidiaries and affiliates of DTG, if any, as of the Separation Date.
