Office Characteristics. The Parties shall work together to identify local operations facility office space with the following characteristics: ● Approximately 800 sq. ft.; ● Within 2-3 minute walk of the garage (preferably attached to the garage); ● Dedicated circuit for server (with its own breaker); ● Line of site to the sky for base station; and ● 1Gb Fiber+ downlink.
