Common use of Offers to Purchase Clause in Contracts

Offers to Purchase. The Indenture requires that certain proceeds from Asset Dispositions be used, subject to further limitations contained therein, to make an offer to purchase certain amounts of Notes in accordance with the procedures set forth in the Indenture.
