Common use of Offer Expiration Date Clause in Contracts

Offer Expiration Date. As noted above, you have forty-five (45) days to decide whether you wish to sign this Agreement. If you do not sign this Agreement within 45 days of the date you receive it, then this offer is withdrawn and you will not be eligible for the consideration set forth in Paragraph 2 above.
