OFF SALARY SCHEDULE LUMP SUM PAYMENTS. A. Effective with the pay-period beginning on July 14, 2019, all active Unit employees employed as of July 14, 2019, shall be eligible to receive an off-salary-schedule lump sum payment. The payment shall be $1,250 for full-time Unit employees and pro-rated for part- time Unit employees. B. Effective with the pay-period beginning on November 17, 2019, all active Unit employees employed as of November 17, 2019, shall be eligible to receive an off-salary-schedule lump sum payment. The payment shall be $1,250 for full-time Unit employees and pro-rated for part-time Unit employees. C. These payments are not reportable to CalPERS, consistent with the CalPERS “Off- Salary-Schedule Pay” Circular Letter dated November 10, 2016.
