Off-Duty Conduct. 15.9.1 The off-duty conduct of an employee covered under this Agreement may be grounds for disciplinary action pursuant to their Departmental or Divisional Prohibitions & Penalties, Administrative Regulations, Standing Orders, directives, and policies if there is a substantial nexus between the off-duty conduct and the employee's State employment.
