The Agent may execute any of its duties under this Agreement or any other Loan Document by or through agents, employees or attorneys-in-fact and shall be to advice of counsel concerning matters pertaining to such duties. When an employee is hired or transferred to another position in the bargaining unit, the employer shall, before the employee is assigned to that position, provide her with a current and accurate written statement of duties of the position. Upon written request, an employee shall be given a complete and current statement of duties and responsibilities of her position. The Employer agrees that when new classifications are created, the rate of pay shall be subject to negotiation between the employer and the union. The new rate shall become retroactive to the time the position was first filled by an employee.
