OEM Agreement. The Company shall have executed the OEM Agreement.
OEM Agreement. The Parties shall execute an OEM Agreement, dated as of the Closing Date, in the form attached hereto as Exhibit E, and Buyer shall pay, on the Closing Date, to Seller, via wire transfer all fees associated with the OEM Agreement.
