Hlavní zkoušející se rovněž zavazuje ze své odměny (Přehledu rozpočtu a platebního harmonogramu Hlavního zkoušejícího) uhradit odměnu dalším členům Personálu zdravotnického zařízení dle pokynů Hlavního zkoušejícího podílejícím se na provádění této Studie.
Odměna. 11.1. Za služby poskytnuté podle této Xxxxxxx zaplatí AstraZenecaCZ Provozovateli odměnu v souladu s ujednáním v Příloze B. Strany potvrzují, že částky, které má společnost AstraZenecaCZ uhradit podle této Smlouvy, jsou přiměřenou celkovou odměnou představující spravedlivou tržní cenu za skutečně poskytnuté služby.
