Occupation through the Match. Until the conclusion of the last race of the Match, all Challengers qualifying to compete in the America’s Cup Challenger Playoffs shall: (a) continue to occupy and operate their Team Base in the Venue of the Match; (b) publicly display their AC62 Yachts in a manner reasonably required by the Commercial Commissioner on behalf of ACEA; and (c) not disassemble, dismantle or pack up their Team Base, AC62 Yacht, support vessels and/or other assets and equipment in any area visible to the public.
