Common use of Occupancy Requirements Clause in Contracts

Occupancy Requirements. a. Licensee agrees to comply with all directives, policies, and orders of the University and the Board of Trustees of the California State University (collectively the University) related to COVID-19, as may be amended from time to time during the term of this License, including, but not limited to, all requirements for protective masking, social distancing, testing, isolation, and quarantine.
