Common use of Occupancy by Others Clause in Contracts

Occupancy by Others. Tenant may allow any person or company that is a client of Tenant or that is providing services to Tenant or one of Tenant's clients to occupy portions of the Premises, without Landlord's consent and without such occupancy being deemed an assignment or subleasing, as long as such relationship was not created as a subterfuge to avoid the obligations set forth in this Article 11.

Occupancy by Others. Tenant may allow any person or company that which is a client or customer of Tenant or that which is providing services service to Tenant or one of Tenant's ’s clients to occupy certain portions of the Premises, without Landlord's consent and Premises without such occupancy being deemed an assignment or subleasing, subleasing as long as no new demising walls are constructed to accomplish such occupancy and as long as such relationship was not created as a subterfuge to avoid the obligations set forth in this Article 11Section 18.

Tenant may allow any person or company that which is a client or customer of Tenant or that an affiliate or which is providing services service to Tenant or an affiliate or one of Tenant's ’s or an affiliate’s clients to occupy certain portions of the Premises, without Landlord's consent and Premises without such occupancy being deemed an assignment or subleasing, subleasing as long as such relationship was not created as a subterfuge to avoid the obligations set forth in this Article 11.

Any such occupancy shall not survive the expiration or termination of this Lease.
