Common use of Obtain Consents Clause in Contracts

Obtain Consents. Seller will, and will cause each of its subsidiaries to, upon the request of Purchaser, use its reasonable efforts to obtain the consents necessary in connection with the transactions contemplated hereby with respect to each (i) of the items set forth on Schedule 6(c)(i), (ii) lease set forth on Schedules 1(a)(ii)(A) and 1(a)(ii)(B) and (iii) Franchise Agreement, and deliver to Purchaser evidence thereof, it being understood however that (A) neither Seller nor any of its subsidiaries shall be required to pay any consideration or relinquish valuable rights to obtain such consents and (B) Purchaser shall cooperate with Seller in obtaining such consents.
