Common use of Obligations of Guarantor Clause in Contracts

Obligations of Guarantor. A default by Guarantor beyond any applicable notice and cure period under the Limited Guaranty executed by Guarantor in favor of Administrative Agent. A Default shall be deemed “continuing” until cured or waived in writing in accordance with Section 13.12.

Obligations of Guarantor. A default by Guarantor beyond any applicable notice and cure period under the Limited Recourse Guaranty executed by Guarantor in favor of Administrative AgentLender. A An Event of Default shall be deemed “continuing” until cured or waived in writing in accordance with Section 13.1211.4.
