Obligations and Termination. Upon termination of this Agreement, Licensee shall immediately discontinue all use of the Logo, and the license and rights granted hereunder shall terminate completely. Notwithstanding the foregoing, unless this Agreement is terminated by breach, Licensee may distribute then-existing units of the Product containing the Logo for a period of thirty (30) days from the termination date.
Obligations and Termination. In cases where your agency does not fulfill the obligations in this agreement, Divan İstanbul Hotel has the right to terminate this business agreement in writing and single sided. Any claims of compensation or claims of rights under any name in this case cannot be demanded from Divan İstanbul Hotel.
