Obligation to Protect. Each party will protect the other’s Confidential Information using the same standard of care that it would use to protect its own, similar information, but in any case no less than a reasonable standard of care for information of similar sensitivity.

Obligation to Protect. Distributor agrees to use reasonable efforts to protect Company's proprietary rights and to cooperate at Distributor's expense in Company's efforts to protect its proprietary rights. Obligation to Protect. The Contractor, its employees, subcontractors, and agents, shall at a minimum comply with Rule Chapter 74-2, Florida Administrative Code (F.A.C.), which contains IT security procedures and require adherence to the Department’s security policies, in performance of this Contract.
